With a strong background in archaeology and heritage, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record supporting successful grant writing I combine expert knowledge with strategic insight to make your proposal stand out. My experience with major funders like the ERC, alongside technical expertise in archaeological methods such as 3D scanning and non-invasive surveys, means I can help you create interdisciplinary and robust applications. I offer personalised support tailored to Humanities researchers at every stage—from concept development and proposal writing to budgeting and reviewer-style feedback.
Drawing on direct experience of REF2021 impact work and a long-standing commitment to public engagement, I help researchers turn academic expertise into clear, purposeful and evidence-based impact plans for REF 2029. My work brings together teaching resource development, school engagement, workshop design and impact data collection. I offer tailored support for colleagues in archaeology, ancient history and classics, from refining initial impact ideas and identifying suitable audiences to creating resources, planning activities and gathering evidence that demonstrates reach, significance and value.
I help academics turn strong research ideas into clear, fundable proposals and meaningful engagement projects. With experience in research writing, bid preparation, stakeholder liaison, teaching resources, workshops and impact data collection, I can support both the intellectual framing and practical delivery of grant applications and REF 2029 Engagement and Impact work.
