Payments and Cancellations

Our prices include both preparatory and follow-up resources at no extra cost.

Fees may vary depending on the package selected, the number of pupils, and the distance of your school from Newcastle upon Tyne. 

Travel costs may apply for schools located more than 20 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne. 

All equipment, learning materials, and worksheets are included.

To receive a FREE quotation and book our workshop, please contact us by emailing archaeotrek@gmail.com or contact us using this online form.

Discounts are available for schools that book multiple sessions of the same workshop on the same day for different classes, as well as for those who book more than one workshop in the same School Year (September to July).

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with full payment details and get in touch to arrange the session dates. We accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel a session. We are here to support you and will do our best to accommodate any changes. 

However, please note the following cancellation policy:

• Schedule changes are free of charge, provided they are requested at least 7 days before the session. 

Unfortunately, requests made less than 7 days in advance will result in the cancellation of the session and will be subject to the cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will be charged in full.
