Hello All From Afar,

We hope you all are able to and have chosen to be at home at this time. As we navigate this uncertain time together (while apart), we'll be doing our best to provide wellness resources for students, staff/faculty, and families. Please check back to this site for additions to daily activities, fitness challenges, videos, and suggested resources for all.
This might be a time in which people are feeling anxious, fearful, lost, bored, confused, and also sort of curious about what they might be able to do with all of this unscheduled time... All of those feelings are valid and normal. It may take some time to get into a groove and find our stride, but it will happen. WE ARE RESILIENT.
Please take a few minutes to explore the MENU bar - the is a lot there. (And the site works best when viewed on a laptop).
In addition to this site, please (VIRTUALLY) seek out resources and people who you feel can provide guidance, calm, ideas (!), and perspective.
