Personal Hygiene
Oral Care
· Use colored toothpaste that will contrast with bristles.
· Use toothpaste on finger. If you're the only one using it, squirt directly into your mouth and then brush.
· Use colored tape or a rubber band to identify personal toothbrush.
· Put toothpaste in a small covered jar and dip toothbrush into jar.
Bath & Shower
· Use contrasting color rug or bath mat.
· Have nonskid area (mat or strips) in tub or shower.
· Use contrasting color soap dish and/or colored soap.
· Put a rubber band around the conditioner bottle to differentiate the shampoo and conditioner bottles.
· A pump bottle of liquid soap will not fall and get lost as a bar might.
· Use contrasting towel and washcloth.
· Use shower caddy for personal shower and bath items.
· Keep items in cosmetic case and put back in the same place.
