During my second placement, my cooperating teacher asked me to create a google slide that would be shared on the 4th grades Canvas page. In the month of November, students began learning how to play the recorders. this google slide was displayed when passing out the recorders to the students. My cooperating teacher would take turns reading and explaning it tip to the students. This helped them read and also when practicing alone if something sounded off they were able to review the tips and figure out what they were doing wrong or should fix. My cooperating teacher showed me the important things to remember when teaching the recorder but also allowed me to add my own tip to the slide.

This meets the criteria for Standard 9 by showing an an effort to collaborate with other professional peers in the school. "8G) understands the various models of co-teaching and the procedures for implementing them across the curriculum;".As well it is showing a mutual respect for the other teachers opinion on the subject and what is needed to be instructed when teaching the students since this is something they will be using for the rest of the school year. After various lessons in which this slide was displayed students became more and more familiar and often referred to them to address their mistakes or the mistakes of their peers. It helped collaborate and learn together.

During my second placement, my cooperating teacher shared this conference paper that we collaborated with the STEAM and Art teacher for all the specials to give similar feedback to provide clear answers for the parents and suggestions that were all across the specials. This artifacts has various sections for notes, suggestions, areas that the students are able to grow but most importantly their grows. This highlights the areas that students are having success in music class.

This Artifact meets the criteria for Standard 9 by showing an an effort to collaborate with other professional peers in the school. "8Q) establishes respectful and productive relationships with parents or guardians and seeks to develop cooperative partnerships to promote student learning and well-being;" This paper allowed us to break down the important things that we wanted to share with the parents that signed up to meet for a conference. This also helped me communicate my concerns or areas that needed to be included when I check that the conference evaluation sheet was convering the areas of success and growth.
