I've worked in offices for about 20 years now and have had to take cybersecurity training on a yearly basis. I must say CCBC's assessments were surprisingly challenging compared to the ones I've been taking every year. There were other lessons learned, e.g. when using AI, do not submit PII or even photos of people, because that information will be used to train the algorithm, and since it's going into their database, that can be accessible to a 3rd party. Another lesson I've learned is the concern about phone automatically connecting to mobile hot spots; I've know that connecting to unsecured internet wifi can be trouble, but it never occurred to me that phone can be set to automatically do it. Needless to say, I immediately checked my mobile phone settings upon learning that fact.
