In supporting students through the 3 domains, the common interventions executed during our sessions was CBT. In my case study shared, you will find that it was an intervention used with my client/student, P. My goal in supporting P was originally referred to me to have regular check-ins since she was constantly getting bullied. As a white student attending a school of prodominantly BIPOC students, she was getting treated differently because we is different. For one of our activities, I had her fold a piece of paper and draw how she thinks people perceive her as on the outside, then draw how she perceieves herself in the inside. The intent of having this activity was for me to assess the situation and hopefully build some self-esteem.
