This presentation took place Monday March 2, 2020 live in WPI's Higgins House. The presentation focused on understanding the global and social context of AmCham's current challenges with data and media management and how the team planned to implement methods in Romania. We presented to AmCham Romania on Monday April 27, 2020 live over zoom our final project proposal. The presentation covered the methods used and the resulting outcomes from the research done towards helping to optimize communications between the staff and their members.
