1B) This artifact was created in the Spring of 2022 for a SPED 216 (Introduction To Exceptional Students) class with Dr. Syreetha Yokely. This artifact was created to highlight the different teaching strategies that can be used to help students with ADHD. This artifact focuses on the different strategies to help students with exceptional needs within the classroom including allowing the student to respond orally, allowing students to complete assignments in non-pencil and paper ways, fill in the blanks, and extended time. Throughout this assignment, I learned the importance of knowing different strategies to assist students with exceptional needs and implementing them within the classroom.
1A) This artifact is a contextual factors paper that I wrote for my student teaching class. This paper shows how well I understand the culture at Universal School and how understanding these statistics can help with instruction. I take these details into consideration whenever planning anything for the class.
