9B) This mandated reporter training certificate allows me to recognize and be cautious of safety concerns for students as a whole. This training prepared me to handle situations in which any student would need help with an issue outside of academia.
ILMR-Certificate (1) (1).pdf9O) This artifact is a certificate of completion for a professional development on behavior management that I took in my first year teaching third grade. This PD helped me better understand how to deal with behaviors that we are seeing in post covid classrooms. Many students' behavioral issues stem from emotional trauma and this seminar allowed me to understand how to deal with it effectively.
