A little fun fact about me is that I took ISM I & II in high school, so I was already certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. It felt like a trip down memory lane for me. It was still helpful for me to re-take the basics because it helped me re-learn some topics I wasn't familiar with anymore. I most definitely needed help in PowerPoint and I got re-aquainted with the different layout options for PowerPoint, which was very helpful.

This class taught me all the technology required to build a PC. I never knew how many components really went into making a PC, so I have new found appreciation for people who build their own PCs. I also learned how to make presentations more appealing to the eye. This skill has also carried over into my other classes, so I am grateful for learning new formatting tools and techniques.
