Using the website diagrams.net, I made a diagram designed to help me reduce stress. The main topic needed to have four goals with at least three steps to achieve said goal branching off of them.
This assignment taught me the importance of hierarchy organization and planning effectively. I also got to sit down and think genuinely about this which may help me reduce my stress levels. I normally don't get the opportunity to have frequent breaks so trying to manage my stress is important. This assignment was a way for me to make a game plan to tackle my stress little by little.
