Our Stolly tales.

Perhaps you carried an unusual load, were involved in trials or demonstrations to foreign forces, got well and truly stuck, or had to recover a Stolly from an unusual place? 

Please, no stories that you heard from other people, or heard through gossip control. We’d just love to hear your own stories to add to the H.M.L.C. Stalwart archive of factual information. If you have photos of an event that you witnessed and were there, then we’d love to hear of them as well. 

This is just for genuine stories of Stalwarts whilst in service with any Military force, and not at an off road club event, etc.

Please include which unit you were with, and in which year did this happen. All stories will be published on my website, and will be donated to the Alvis Archive when the time comes.
