Mrs. Price was born in Virginia and her parents still live in the Blue Ridge Mountains. While she only played tee-ball for one season, she played ten seasons of youth soccer. She enjoys camping, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, picnicking, gardening, bowling, pickleball, reading, and playing board games like Scrabble and card games such as Uno, Skip-Bo, Rook, Canasta, and Phase-10.
She has one younger brother and no pets, but her sister-in-law has multiple cats.
Mrs. Price has followed a vegan dietary pattern for years as veganism is an ethical choice that's important to her.
She'll always pick fruit flavors or caramel over chocolate. She drinks tea (usually black, mint, or matcha) instead of coffee.
Mrs. Price is currently enrolled in a YTT or Yoga Teacher Training. She likes incorporating gentle movement in her classes.
She likes cloudy days equally or even more than sunny days. She enjoys classical music, jazz, and oldies.
Her favorite flowers are hydrangea, roses, and daisies. Her fav color is green. She likes the beach but prefers the mountains.
Mrs. Price married her partner in June on the summer solstice. He was an Eagle Scout who now works for UNC Health; he also has one sibling. They regularly volunteer together in the nursery in Mrs. Price's faith community.
Mr. and Mrs. Price toured parts of western Canada this summer, including Banff National Park in Alberta. Their top three family values are safety, warmth, and love.
She aspires to hike the entire Appalachian Trail and visit all 50 states with her husband.
