Albert Registration Tutorial

The registration process for NYU's Albert is notoriously tricky. Current students typically cite a complicated and unclear registration process and unintuitive interface as reasons why. At NYU it is also up to schools and departments themselves to assist students with the registration process. Inevitably, this has led to a relatively non-uniform and fragmented approach to assisting students with registration. Therefore, we would like to design a learning solution targeted specifically at new NYU students. The learning experience/solution will help them to understand the registration process as a whole, and enable them to successfully register for their classes each semester without any hiccups. 

We are a diverse team of graduate students from NYU's Learning Technology and Experience Design (LTXD) master's program. From our unique backgrounds, each one of us brings a different set of expertise and skills to the table. We aim to use what we have learned in the Design Process for Learning Experience class to design a learning experience that will solve the Albert registration issue for the benefit of all NYU students.
