In our collaborative Albert Registration Tutorial project, we meet weekly to complete the necessary steps and share progress. In our team, we establish clear roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth progress and effective communication. We are all responsible for editing the website and completing assigned tasks and milestones.
Our team has established a regular meeting schedule to ensure efficient communication and progress toward our project goals. We meet every Thursday two hours before class in person, which provides us with an opportunity to discuss and track our progress face-to-face and to address any challenges that require more detailed discussion. Sometimes we met twice a week to schedule additional meetings via Zoom. During these in-person and online meetings, we work on specific milestones, plan out tasks, assign work, analyze information, and solve any issues that arise.
We used Slack as our primary communication tool for the project. Slack provides us with an efficient and convenient platform to chat, arrange meeting times, share resources, track progress, and manage our to-do lists. One of the key benefits of using Slack is that it allows us to communicate in real-time, which is especially helpful for time-sensitive matters or urgent updates.
Asana is a powerful project management tool that our team has decided to use as our communication platform in order to organize our tasks and deadlines. This helps us stay on track and ensures that everyone is aware of what needs to be completed and when. In addition, Asana provides us with a centralized platform for tracking our progress, making it simple to determine what we need to accomplish, what is in progress, and what has been completed.
We have established a collaborative Google Drive folder that contains all the necessary materials for our project. This folder comprises weekly goals, interviews, surveys, checklists, and meeting notes. Our aim is to utilize this folder as our sole resource page, facilitating easier tracking of our progress.
