Albemarle/Charlottesville 4-H Members THRIVE at the 103rd Virginia 4-H State Congress at Virginia Tech in June 2025
Congratulations to Bryson Fanning of Bland County, your new State 4-H President, and Olivia-Kate Crombie of Albemarle/Charlottesville, your new State Vice President!
These two outstanding youth leaders are ready to represent Virginia 4-H across the Commonwealth, inspire others, and make a difference. They will serve in these leadership positions for the 2025-2026 4-H Year.
We are so very proud of you!
Olivia-Kate also participated in the Communications Contest and placed 1st overall in the State Extemporaneous Speaking Competition!

Highlights from State 4-H Congress, June 2023
Virginia 4-H State Congress is one of the most exciting events of the year for Albemarle/Charlottesville 4-H Youth and Staff.
A huge 4-H CONGRATULATIONS to:
Our newly tapped 4-H All Stars, Lauren Adams, Josie Galvin, Mary Jones, and Adult Volunteer, Lynne Heetderks! 4-H All Star is the highest honor 4-H Members and Volunteers can achieve.
Olivia-Kate Crombie participated in the Communications Contest and placed 1st overall in the State Public Speaking Competition!
Our goal for next year is to bring more 4-H members from Albemarle/Charlottesville 4-H.
