To easily share Google docs to BrightSpace D2L, or to have students turn in assignments through Google Docs, you'll need to sync your Aims gmail account to D2L. Instructions are below.

All Aims Faculty and Staff have access to the Google suite of applications for Higher Education. In order to access and use Google apps from AimsOnline (D2L), users must first link their accounts and authorize access. Once linked, users are able to view their email, calendars, and submit assignments from Google Drive.

Once an account is linked, it will stay linked from semester to semester. It's a good idea for faculty to walk their students through this quick process on the first day of class, especially if students will be working in Google Docs or other Google applications.
