Registration

The AIIDE-26 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic AIIDE-26 proceedings. While registration will remain open after the early registration deadline, we encourage all to register by Friday, October 9 to facilitate planning needs. Registration fees will change starting Saturday, October 10.

AIIDE Workshop Program

AIIDE-26 workshops will be held November 9-10, 2026, just prior to the technical conference.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections.

Workshops are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend workshops only should select the Workshop Only option for their registration type. The workshop only fees do NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-26 technical sessions, opening reception or poster session. Registration is valid for the day(s) of the workshops only.

Registration / Proof of Student Status

To register online, please complete the form at https://aaai.getregistered.net/aiide-26. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.

Refund Requests

The deadline for refund requests is October 9, 2026. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all technical program refunds.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you are traveling to Brazil from abroad, you may require a business visa for entry to attend our conference. We encourage you to apply early as processing times vary by country.

Visa Required: Citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia must obtain a Visit Visa (VIVIS) prior to travel.

To obtain an e-Visa, please visit the official government-authorized Brazilian e-Visa portal: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/. Please note that an e-Visa fee of approximately $80.90 USD will be required at time of submitting your e-Visa application.

To request an invitation letter from AAAI, you must have proof of paid registration to AIIDE-26. Once you receive your registration confirmation email, follow the link provided within to complete the visa invitation letter request form. Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your request. Your visa invitation letter and further instructions will be sent to the email address provided in the request form.

Important Information

It is essential that your name and date of birth on the form match the name and date of birth on your passport exactly. If there are any discrepancies between your invitation letter and your passport, it may result in a delay or rejection of your visa application.

Please make sure the information you submit on the form is accurate. Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information may result in delays in visa letter processing.
