AIIDE-17 Registration Information
The AIIDE-17 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, the poster/demo session reception, and access to the electronic AIIDE-17 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at workshops and tutorials.

Opening Reception / Poster Session Guests
Admittance to the AIIDE-17 Opening Reception (Saturday, October 7) and conference-wide Poster Session (Sunday, October 8) is included in the AIIDE-17 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome for the following fees:
Opening Reception Guest: $40.00
Poster Session Guest: $30.00
2017 AIIDE Proceedings
Preregistrants may order a hard copy of the AIIDE-17 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in winter 2017. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.
Registration / Proof of Student Status
To register online, please complete the form at (https://www.regonline.com/aiide17). If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is September 22, 2017. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide17@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration
Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. All attendees must pick up their registration packets in the Magpie Foyer on Level B of the Cliff Lodge (October 5-6) or in the Alpenglow Foyer on Level 10 of the Cliff Lodge (October 7-9) for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, October 5-6, 8:30am - 2:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, October 7-8, 8:30am - 5:00pm; and Monday, October 9, 8:30am - 12:00noon. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
