Artificial Intelligence and Sound of the Earth: Sound of the Earth uses artificial intelligence to create a soundscape from all of the submitted audio recordings.
Privacy Highlights: The website has a record button at the bottom of the screen to allow you to submit your own recording to the project. It's recommended that you do not have your student submit recordings, as submitting audio recordings of students may not be compliant with laws for protecting student privacy.
Background: This project was intended as "a reminder that everyone can find common ground and connection when we listen to each other." Users from around the world were invited to submit sound recordings to be used in creating the soundscape. The project will have a physical installation at the Milan Triennale 23rd International Exhibition in December 2022.
