By switching to organic production many of the biodiversity-related challenges caused by conventional agricultural production will be promoted and improved. No mineral fertilizers or chemical pesticides are used in organic production. On organic livestock farms, the animals are grazed and these farms have a lot of grass in production. Organic production brings out:
Sustainable development
Sustainable crop protection
Animal welfare and grazing
Biological plant protection
Carbon sequestration
Emphasizing the importance of soil growth
The diversity of the agricultural ecosystem
Sharing space with humans and other organisms.
