Primary Classroom

As a contemporary whole-child teacher, I strive to awaken curiosity and enthusiasm for learning in each of my students. Students in my classroom take initiative, lead our learning, and construct meaning through a variety of engaging activities appealing to all learning styles. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, our classroom becomes a safe, caring, responsible, and respectful environment where students are intrinsically motivated and thinking is made visible. We inquire into global concepts and celebrate our learning with a variety of fist-bumps, kind words, and/or dance moves.
