Sometimes it happens an exchange student has been placed with the wrong family. In these cases we can be in need of replace the exchange student to a different family, but it will often cause a short layover. In these cases we wish to have a number of emergency families, who can receive the exchange student temporarily with a short notice, while we try to find a new permanent host family.
Preferably we desire at least one emergency family in each of the municipalities we cover, making it possible for the exchange student to maintain school during the temporarily replacement.
It can be difficult to say exactly how long a temporarily replacement with the emergency family lasts; in some cases just a couple of days, in others it might take a couple of weeks.
Demands:
To be approved emergency family you will have to do same application process like host families in general.
You are willing to cover the costs of food and housing for the exchange student.
