This is an ever-evolving project

This project was inspired by other public syllabi, including the Trans Studies in Higher Education Syllabus, Syllabus: Elizabeth Warren, Cherokee Citizenship, and DNA Testing, and the Lemonade Syllabus. Suggested readings and resources are organized by theme, topic, or common question. Although they do not represent a complete list of readings and resources, they are all reliable sources of information and evidence. This list of suggested texts will continually shift over time, as the debate and research on affirmative action continues to evolve with new legal and political developments.
