My grocery store no longer carries these for some reason, and it makes me upset because these are the only cotton pads I will use. One side is soft like a cotton ball, the other is textured for exfoliating/removing makeup. I use the textured side first, then smooth out my skin with toner on the soft side. I use less of these compared to cotton balls because of how versatile they are, which saves me a lot of money.

These are my go-to exfoliating pad. They are the best pads I've found so far. BUT they are very inconsistent. If you are lucky enough to get a good package, they are great with lots of texture and exfoliating bumps. But if you get a lousy package, there will be almost no texture to the bumpy side. It's whether you are lucky or not. Sometimes they are great, sometimes they are nearly worthless. You've got a 50/50 chance of getting a good package IMO. I wish they would fix this problem.

I live in Canada in a small town... and I've been everywhere here! I can not find exfoliating cotton rounds. Just the plain ones. We have big name shopping stores and nothing. I'm gonna try the city because the price of these are ridiculous. When my town had them, they were a couple bucks. But when in need, I swipe to buy.

The cotton rounds are great though. They don't fall apart and the exfoliating points are strong. Just the price is crazy.
