These fit snug in the socket so little ones won’t get them out. They have a tiny notch where an adult can use a fingernail (or a blade of the plug) to pry them off - just remember to put them in so the notch faces out. If you bought these to keep electricity from bleeding into the room, ask your electrician to install them ( he could use a good laugh after a long day). 

I purchased them to stop the warm air in the walls from coming through. They work well for that purpose. They install pretty flat against the plate. A little too flat for me, making them a little difficult to remove. However, if you have kids (probably the most popular reason people buy them), snugness is a good thing. 

These are SUPER strong! My son used to get into the outlets so badly. I knew with my daughter I needed covers. The covers we had with my son, he could ALWAYS pull out. Then he’d play with it! It defeated the purpose. These ones I’ve purchased for my daughter, are STUCK. When you put it in, it isn’t easily coming out! Much better!
