On the first week of first semester 6 as a graphic and motion designer intern at SIMPLYSITI, I embarked on an exciting journey delving into marketing strategies tailored specifically for Graphic design content. The focal point of this week revolved around creating visually captivating posters that the unique selling points of various products for the Marketing Graphic & Motion Designer. Additionally, I worked on designing Instagram feed posters for Glazey, leveraging my graphic design skills to curate visually appealing content that resonated with the brand's aesthetic with the face of Glazey products. One notable project involved crafting a design poster for Glazey, a brand synonymous with girlie and fun elements. Simultaneously, I created promotional materials for the Campus Crash x UIA event. This week marked the beginning of an enriching internship experience, where I honed my skills in graphic design while exploring innovative marketing strategies to engage audiences effectively.
In the second week of my internship as a graphic and motion designer, I delved deeper into marketing strategies, focusing on creating engaging content for Glazey's product promotion. One of my key tasks was designing an Instagram post poster for Glazey's latest product. This involved leveraging my skills in graphic design to create visually striking and cohesive content that would attract and engage the audience on social media. I utilized vibrant colors, compelling imagery, and thoughtful typography to ensure the poster aligned with Glazey's brand identity and effectively highlighted the product's unique features. Concurrently, I worked on a motion video for the 'Campus Crash' event at UIA campus, aimed at promoting Glazey's product. This project allowed me to combine animation and dynamic visual elements to create an engaging narrative that captured the excitement of the event and the allure of the product. Using advanced techniques in motion design, I crafted a video that not only promoted the event but also enhanced Glazey's brand presence. In the week 3 of my internship as a graphic and motion designer, I delved into an exciting project that combined my passion for motion design with a creative marketing strategy for Glazey products. The task was to create a motion video with an engaging Arcade theme, aimed at capturing the attention of a younger, tech-savvy audience. The project began with brainstorming sessions and conceptualizing how to integrate arcade game aesthetics with Glazey’s brand identity. I developed a storyboard that outlined the key scenes and transitions, ensuring a coherent and captivating narrative. Utilizing Adobe After Effects, I animated vibrant, retro-inspired graphics and dynamic text, mimicking the fast-paced, interactive elements of classic arcade games with figure of "Glajie" inspired by PowerPuff Girls. The funky girlie colors, pixel art, and nostalgic sound effects all contributed to creating an immersive video that highlighted Glazey’s product features in a fun and memorable way. Entering the week 4 of my internship as a graphic and motion designer, I immersed myself in a diverse array of marketing projects, each requiring a unique blend of creativity and technical skill. The highlight of the week was creating a motion video for Glazey with a playful Dino Run theme. Utilizing Adobe Illustrator for the initial design and Adobe After Effects for animation, I brought a vibrant prehistoric world to life, highlighting Glazey’s product in an engaging and imaginative way. Alongside this, I designed several posters for different campaigns and events. The first was a poster for the Beauty Swap campaign, which involved crafting a visually appealing design that emphasized the fun and excitement of swapping beauty products. I also created posters for the Absolut Bazaar events in Johor Bahru and MITEC, KL focusing on capturing the bustling, energetic atmosphere of these popular markets. Finally, I designed a poster for the Raya Bazaar at Sogo, KL ensuring it was festive and appealing to attract shoppers for the upcoming Raya. This week was a testament to the importance of versatility and strategic thinking in graphic and motion design, as I balanced multiple projects, each with its unique theme and target audience.
Week 5 of my internship as a graphic and motion designer, I engaged in creating vibrant marketing content for high-profile brands. One of my primary tasks was designing a Facebook cover for the SimplySiti page, centered around a Raya Pink theme with best seller SimplySiti products. Using Adobe Illustrator, I incorporated festive elements and a pink color palette to evoke the joyous spirit of Raya, ensuring the design was both eye-catching and aligned with SimplySiti’s brand identity. Simultaneously, I worked on developing motion content for GLAMZ products, focusing on a unique lighting on/off effect in the video. Utilizing Adobe After Effects, I animated the lighting transitions to highlight the product's features dynamically and engagingly.

In the 7 week of my internship as a graphic and motion designer, I was tasked with a challenging yet rewarding project focused on creating marketing content for eleven products during the Hari Raya week. This involved designing posters to showcase product information, highlighting their features and benefits in a visually appealing manner.
