Conference Co-Chairs are responsible for approving the Sponsor Levels and Opportunities. ACR's Executive Assistant will work with the Co-Chairs to solicit all possible sponsors and exhibitors. Anyone can solicit a sponsor/exhibitor, however, it is not a required task for Conference Co-Chairs or Track Co-Chairs. In the past sponsors/exhibitors have come from Co-Chairs' universities, Fellows' universities, etc.

JACR - as a major sponsor of the ACR/Sheth Foundation Doctoral Symposium, please make sure JACR gets a prominent and early spot on the symposium schedule

Once a sponsor/exhibitor has registered and paid ACR's Executive Assistant their contact information and artwork will be shared with ACR's Conference Coordinator to ensure that all purchased opportunities are realized. All sponsors and exhibitors will be represented with signage created by ACR's Conference Coordinator. These signs will be sized based on the level/type of the sponsor and/or exhibitor. Likewise, all signage will be posted in accordance with the level/type of sponsor and/or exhibitor.
Exhibitor booth assignments will be determined by ACR's Conference Coordinator and communicated with the exhibitor.
