Meet with ACR President to determine conference determine the theme
Select Track Chairs & Program Committee
Work with a designer to develop conference logo
Set up the Conference email address to be monitored by Conference Chairs (can be monitored by a student assistant hired by chairs)
Doctoral Symposium budget falls within the conference budget and is managed by Conference Co-Chairs
Communicate with Doctoral Symposium Chairs regarding:
1. Registration Fees
2. Sponsorship $15,000 (JACR, JCR, JCP each $5,000)
3. Symposium Chairs who want to do more than the $15,000 allows will need to get more sponsorships to cover costs
4. Determine needs for AV, lunch, room rental, etc (get numbers from Conference Coordinator)
