• ACR's Conference Coordinator will plan breaks and reception food based on estimated attendance for budgeting purposes Finalize food guarantees

• Newcomers event will be set up by ACR's Conference Coordinator, including email invitations

• Create all necessary signage (sponsors/informational/rooms/etc) and determine placement in hotel

• Confirm related organizations meeting room assignments and final F&B and AV needs
