General inquiry Tickets are the most commonly opened ticket. General Tickets cover all non-Command-required aspects of Sheriff's Office affairs, not including professional standards.
Command inquiry Tickets are the highest form of authority in the ticket hierarchy. Command Tickets are opened when a Supervisor does not have the authority to resolve the problem a ticket is opened for.
Professional Standards Tickets are opened for anything internal affairs-related. Professional Standards Tickets may only be answered by High Command. Reasons for opening a Professional Standards Ticket may include: Deputy Changes, Retirement or Reinstatement Inquiries, or any matters of departmental relations.
