I graduated from Michigan State University in May 2023. Afterward, I participated in their fifth-year program where I student taught at Hugger Elementary in a fifth-grade classroom for the year. While student teaching, I began taking classes toward my master’s degree in Educational Technology. Throughout my student teaching I have gained valuable experience in many different parts of the classroom. I can effectively teach full and small group lessons, administer formative and summative assessments, and have meaningful relationships with my students.
I feel that I would be an asset to your distrcit in many ways. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. As a result, I bring a positive, fresh attitude, and I can collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration. Additionally, I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who demonstrates my best self so that my students can grow in my learning environment. I am an extremely driven teacher, and I will continue to grow in my instructional abilities.
