KEY DATES:
Intake forms will be available at each location (see Site Information tab) the first week of January

Tax Preparation starts at sites on February 1st.
Last Day at a site is April 14th.
Identity Theft PIN Numbers: If you did not have a PIN last year, you do not have to get one this year. If you had a PIN last year, you will need to go online at IRS.GOV to get a new one this year. Write it down. The IRS will not send you a letter with the PIN and we can not prepare your return unless you have it.
Social Security Statements are mailed beginning February 1st. We must have a printed or digital version of the form in order to prepare your return. See additional information on this site for how to obtain a copy.: SSA Statements

IRS Free File: Nearly everyone can file their tax return electronically for free. The software does all the work of finding deductions, credits and exemptions. It's free for those who earned $84,000 or less in 2024. Some of the Free File packages also offer free state tax return preparation.
