Meat and Milk based products

Powdered Infant Formula and Infant Food are permitted

The Douane have formally confirmed that all other meat and milk based products are NOT permitted to enter France under any circumstances (even if in a sealed unopened tin or can). This is an EU wide regulation. 

Banned products include: 

• meat and meat-based products (eg lasagne, picnics containing meat, pate, sausages, ham sandwiches), 

• milk and milk-based products (eg yoghurt, cheese, butter)
