Abstract:
The incorporation of digital technology has revolutionized the practice of dentistry and orthodontics. Today, with digital treatment planning, computer visualization and imaging techniques together with sophisticated software, we are able to plan interdisciplinary cases for both minimally invasive restorative treatment and orthodontics. Different clinical scenarios will be illustrated with cases including preparing teeth for veneers, using CBCT integration for planning implant sites, and in face visualization for optimal smile design.
