Start here to find a solution:
If a computer, Chromebook, Interactive Board, printer or copier is not working as expected, submit a service cloud case.
Subject: Type a clear description of the problem. Example: Computer is not connected to the internet.
Notice the area to the right that reads "Need Answers Fast?". As you type the problem, potential solutions begin showing up there. Check to see if a potential solutions solves your issue.
Description: Type the same information from the subject field. Add more details.
Affected End User: Begin typing your name and your user account will show in a list. Select your name.
School: Begin Typing First Colonial. "First Colonial High School will display as an option. Select First Colonial High School.
Impact: Select who is impacted from a drop-down list.
Room: Type the Room number or name. Example: 221, or Cafeteria
Urgency: This is defaulted to "Low".
Asset: Type the barcode of the computer, monitor, printer, or copier. There should be a Property of VBCPS with a 6 digit number. That number is the barcode.
Type: Select from a drop-down list if this is a request or an incident.
Category: Choose the category item that most closely matches your issue.
