The Student Hub
The Student Hub is the first point of contact for support or questions that you may have during your student journey at UWS. There is a Student Hub on every campus and you can also contact the team by WhatsApp.
The Student Hub is able to take enquiries via WhatsApp. The best way to contact the team on this platform is to create a new contact for the Student Hub in your phone and create a WhatsApp chat with the number: 0141 848 3998.
As a result of the cyber incident, we apologise for any delay in resolving your enquiry and appreciate your understanding as we continue to work to resolve and reinstate access to certain services and systems.

You can access a range of information and resources, or log an enquiry with our team by signing into the Student Hub portal. Currently you must go to uws.topdesk.net and click to sign into the self-service portal with your Student ID and password.

Dumfries: 09.00 - 16.30
Paisley: 09.00 - 17.00
Monday to Wednesday
Lanarkshire: 09.00 - 16.00
Thursday to Friday
Lanarkshire: 09.30 - 15.00
