A student's computer is faulty and must be returned. Two students must share one laptop.
The Learning Coach and student must share the school laptop for Canvas logins.
There are a couple of options when only the student and the Observer (i.e., Learning Coach) need to log in. A different approach is required when multiple students must login on one computer. See below.

Chrome is the recommended browser for students so that curriculum platforms, assignments submissions, and quizzes work correctly. There are two options for the scenario where the student and the Observer (i.e., Learning Coach must log into Canvas on one computer:
Guest Mode -- The first user stays logged in while the second user logs in using guest mode. This tutorial explains Guest Mode in Chrome.
Use Different Browser -- The Observer can use a different browser (e.g., Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox).

Chrome is the recommended browser for students so that curriculum platforms, assignments submissions, and quizzes work correctly. Clearing cache (i.e., cookies and other site data) between users is a workable solution when only one computer is available.
To clear cache in Chrome, follow the instructions below:
