Help Put Bike Lights in the Hands of
Our Neighbors!
We’re working with a small activist group in Bonita that is organizing an effort to provide bike lights to vulnerable community members. For people who rely on bicycles for transportation, a missing or inadequate bike light can become a reason for a traffic stop and, in some circumstances, an encounter with immigration enforcement. You can help by purchasing bike lights directly from their Gift List (Amazon): https://share.google/5mbjFiwxvZzh83lIr
A simple bike light can make a real difference in helping someone get home safely.
Born from a cross-partisan coalition of neighbors, veterans, retirees, and faith communities, this is a "revival" of hope, solidarity, and shared civic responsibility. Hosted by Floridians for Democracy and Mount Olive A.M.E. Church. Register (in person or virtual) with QR or click here.

Be An Informed Voter!
Knowing how election laws have changed is crucial. To vote by mail, we now must request a Vote-By-Mail ballot each election year. We make this request through our Collier County Supervisor of Elections’ office. This can be done in person, by phone, by mail or online. Go to colliervotes.gov, call 239-252-8683 or mail or go in person to 3750 Enterprise Ave.
The USPS cannot forward ballots. Please use the address of your location at the time the ballots will be sent to you.
To vote by mail in the primary election, you must request a ballot by August 6. Vote-by-mail ballots will be sent out beginning July 7. Collier County’s primary elections will be on August 18, with Early Voting from August 8-15, open 10 am-6 pm. Remember that some races are determined in the primary election and will not be in the general election.
Voting is your voice!
