This is to be filled out AFTER you've submitted for pre-approval in Frontline and filled out WHILE reading your book.
This form is where you will upload your USD262 - Independent Book Study Chapter Synopsis Google Doc.
After submitting your Reflection Form WITH Chapter Synopsis linked, the Professional Development Council (PDC) will meet to review submitted items and approve or deny your entry for PDC points.
The PDC meets:
August 18th, September 22nd, October 27th, December 15th, January 26th, February 9th, March 30th, April 27th, and May 11th.
