Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) can be helpful to receive federal student loans or grants that cover the cost or remaining cost of college expenses. Student borrowers are required to pay back student loans, and may accrue interest depending on the timeframe in which loans are paid back. FAFSA can also determine whether a student qualifies for grants that may not be required to be paid back. There is a deadline every year to complete the FAFSA, and some questions may be confusing.
