CTL Instructional Support

CTL Service Request

Those interested in submitting a CTL Service Request can submit online or contact the CTL directly.  CTL Service Requests include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing and configuring D2L features

• How-to assistance for instructional technology (e.g., Qualtrics, Turnitin, etc.)

• Online QA support

• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.

• Respondus Lockdown Browser/Monitor

• Zoom and Panopto

• Microsoft Office

• Creating Accessible Documents, Videos, etc.

CTL Consultation Request

Those interested in requesting a CTL Consultation, can submit online or contact the CTL directly.  The CTL provides consultations in a number of areas including, but not limited to:

• Analysis of Recorded Classes

• Classroom Materials Analysis

• Classroom Observation

• Student Feedback

• Virtual Reality (VR) Consultation

• Accessibility Consultation

• Virtual Conferencing

• Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) Consultation
