Course Description
This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of academic integrity and its critical role in maintaining the quality and credibility of academic work for librarians. Participants will explore the principles of academic honesty, the various forms of academic misconduct, and the importance of ethical behavior in academia.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Explain the key elements of the University-wide academic integrity policies and procedures
Illustrate the role of academic librarians in promoting and supporting academic integrity through instruction and resource provision
Develop strategies for integrating discussion of academic integrity into course syllabi and classroom activities
