Where do I find Workday?

What can I find in Workday?

To update your home ADDRESS in Workday, go to Applications, click on Personal Information, click on Addresses. If our payroll office has to mail you a check or W2, this is where it will be sent.

W2 forms - these forms are usually mailed to the address in Workday usually around the end of January. If you prefer to have them electronically sent, see instructions on how to do so.

You can also sign up for an electronic W-2: https://workdayhelp.usc.edu/userguides/signing-up-for-electronic-w2-delivery-2/
