Summer 2024 RA/TA Offer Letters are expected to be sent by May 10, 2024.

For RA/TAs, tuition and health awards are expected be entered by May 15, 2024.

For any new hires (first time RA/TA); 

I-9 Physical inspection expected to start 05/17.

Virtual I-9 Meetings are expected to begin 06/03.  

Summer 2024 I-9 physical inspection should be completed within THREE days of hire date to avoid payroll issues.  The official start date for RA or TAs is May 16, 2024.
