Summer 2026 RA/TA Offer Letters are expected to be sent by April 15, 2026.

For RA/TAs, tuition and health awards are expected to be entered by May 13, 2026.

For any new hires (first time RA/TA); 

I-9 Physical inspection is expected to start May 1, 2026.

Virtual I-9 Meetings are expected to begin on start June 1, 2026.  

I-9 physical inspection should be completed within THREE days of the hire date to avoid payroll issues.  The official start date for RA or TAs is May 16, 2026.
