Fall 2025 RA/TA Offer Letters are expected to be sent by July 30, 2025.

For RA/TAs, tuition and health awards are expected to be entered by August 21, 2025.

For any new hires (first time RA/TA); 

I-9 Physical inspection is expected to start August 8, 2025.

Virtual I-9 Meetings are expected to begin on September 3, 2025.  

I-9 physical inspection should be completed within THREE days of the hire date to avoid payroll issues.  The official start date for RA or TAs is August 16, 2025.
