Step 1: Login your account using your credentials to https://cx.locobuzz.com/login
Step 2: The page opened up will be visible as shown below & has an agent dashboard on the right side
Step 3: The tickets will be assigned for a 2-day period, starting the night before and continuing through the following night.
Open the Ticket: After clicking on the ticket, it will expand, revealing the customer’s query, concern, comments, or remarks.
Step 4: Handling the Ticket
Analyze the Content: Review the details to determine if the customer's remarks are valid and require a response.
Decide on Action:
If the Remarks are Valid: Head to the "Write reply" section to craft and send an appropriate response.
If No Response is Needed: You can close the ticket directly if no further action is required.
Screen Overview: After expanding, the screen will look like this:
Numbered Sections:
Respond to the Ticket: Use this area to draft and send a creative reply if the ticket requires a response via the Locobuzz tool & click on send.
Direct Close the Ticket: This option allows you to close the ticket directly if no response is necessary.
Tag the Ticket: Use the "Mention Category" section to tag the ticket under the appropriate issue level before disposing it.
Step 1: Click "Closed Tickets
Step 2: Find the ticket that requires reopening.
Once located, click on the ticket to initiate the reopening process.
Note:
Play Store Tickets: Reopening a Play Store ticket will overwrite the previous response and publish the new one.
Instagram/Facebook/Twitter Tickets: Reopening tickets from these platforms will not overwrite the previous response; it will simply publish a new response.
Step 3: Click "keyboard_double_arrow_right" minimize tab mentioned
Step 4: Click on the highlighted tab
Step 5: Go to ticket status & click on open from the drop down
Step 6: Click the "Write Reply" field.
Write the revert you want it to be responded with & click on send
