Check Coupon Validity
Confirm if the coupon is still valid (check expiry date).
Verify if the coupon has been used previously, including in any canceled orders, as some coupons are one-time use only.
Eligibility Criteria
Confirm if the coupon is applicable to the selected product/category.
Check if the order meets the minimum purchase value required for the coupon.
Basic Troubleshooting
Ask the customer to remove the item from the cart and add it again, then retry applying the coupon.
Suggest clearing the app cache and trying again.
Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
