Order List: Navigate to the "Order List" section to check details related to forward orders, such as:
Delivery date of the order
Order modifications
Order cancellations
Shipment status of the order & etc.
If the customer has the below details, these can be changed from the drop down -
-Order id
-Parent Order No
-Payment No
-Tracking No
-Out Bill No
And if the customer has the below details the following drop down should be used
-User Id
-User Phone
-User Email
-Recipient Name
-Recipient Phone
-Recipient Email
