Vice Secretary
The vice secretary holds similar responsibilities as the secretary and will be assisting in club administration as well as organization. In any case, if the acting secretary is absent, the vice-secretary is to take over all secretary roles.
Key responsibilities:
• Assists secretary in responsibilities (and may take over when the current secretary is absent).
• Ensuring the club is run by the university and UQ Union rules and regulations.
• Bringing up issues that the acting secretary may have looked over.
• Responsible for volunteer benefits.
• Responsible for organising photo bank.
Human Resources Manager
Human resources (HR) is the club's go-to person when dealing with club members' and executives' concerns. HR handles positive and negative feedback that is brought up within the club. HR also handles some administrative work that deals with club welfare.
Key responsibilities:
• Keeping track of club memberships
• Manages volunteers as well as new executive recruitment
• Prepares bi-annual and annual surveys regarding club activities – and presents them in the following meeting.
• Recruits and manages new executive members as well as volunteers
• Manages benefits provided by the club to club executives, members, and volunteers
• Acts as a vocal point for all member's opinions and needs.
